Introduction
Welcome to AXIOM, a platform and mobile application (“App”) developed and operated by AXIOM Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The App is designed for real estate professionals to manage their businesses and clients more efficiently.
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the App. By accessing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and AXIOM. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

User Conduct

c) Submit, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise offensive;
d) Attempt to access, copy, or modify any unauthorized areas of the App or reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any portion of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AXIOM, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the App, or any content you submit, post, or transmit through the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AXIOM or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App or these Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the State of Arizona, and the venue for such arbitration shall be Arizona.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AXIOM concerning your use of the App, and they supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
